RISK IDENTIFICATION AND ALLOCATION OF BUILDING CONTRUCTION RENOVATION PROJECT IN THE PARTE CLUB SURABAYA BUILDING

The Parte Club Surabaya Building Renovation Project has encountered various problems. These issues arise from multiple factors, primarily due to the complex nature of structure as it involves renovating an old building. This research aims identify dominant risks and allocate responsibility for managing these most appropriate party involved. Quantitative methods were employed this study. sample consisted 18 individuals, including expert staff implementing contractor supervisory consultant. Data collection involved primary data obtained through purposive sampling, with respondents selected. Secondary included a review previous similar literature studies historical earlier projects similarities. results processing stage indicated presence during project implementation risk allocation. Consequently, is susceptible identified by analyzing 27 selected variables. Six variables in implementation: construction changes, additional expenses (overheads), delays, material damage/loss, design errors, changes work schedule. Risk allocation assessment that 19 allocated contractors, 3 owners, 5 jointly between owner (shared). percentage distribution follows: 70% contractor, 11% owner, 19% (shared) two parties.
